“I went to Coral Ridge Mall where I received excellent customer service from Erica and Michelle at Helzberg Diamonds. I was wanting to know the value of a necklace that was a gift once purchased there. I was not expecting them to be too thrilled to do that for me, when they would rather probably sell me some new jewelry. To my surprise they eagerly went the extra mile. They not only looked it up on their computer, but also examined the diamonds and cleaned the necklace for me. I enjoyed chatting with them as well. I had another item that came from another store in the mall. They were not so eager to help unless I paid a hefty appraisal fee. The difference was like night and day.
