Was extremely disappointed in the communication from this company.Purchased a new home that EZ had installed all of the flooring. Within a month and a half had an issue, probably self caused but also possible due to poor installation. Either way I decided I needed to get it fixed and had no problem paying.I reached out and it took two weeks to hear back but then heard back from two different people, because they didn’t communicate with each other. Once I was informed I would get a quote, I waited a week, and then had to reach back out to receive it.I accepted the quote on 6/8. On 8/25 I finally reached back out as I had not heard from them about installation. They did apologize for a communication error and said they would be in touch. On 9/18 I heard back and was able to get it installed.Within an hour of installation I was given my bill and told I was expected to pay that day. Not necessarily an issue, but something that should have been relayed initially. I feel most companies would give a bill with a deadline, as has been my experience from other larger bills.They also tried to over charge, again saying it was a communication error.No real complaints about the work performed but the communication aspect was very frustrating.

Our floors we wanted wouldn't be ready for the install. I worked with Nick and (I believe Nicole was her name) they were awesome and super knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend EZ Floorz over and over again

Nick at EZ Floors responded to my inquiry within hours, set up a time to measure that same day. Made suggestions on style and color as we were carpeting a rental unit. Quote was sent in timely manner and installation was scheduled. I couldn't believe the pricing (about 1/2 the price of Carpetland)! The installer was professional and quick, he cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a trace of a mess behind. Payment was easy, a secured link via text. Should I have the need to carpet a home in the future, I will 100% contact EZ Floors first.

We had new flooring (luxury vinyl flooring) installed by Floorz in both our entire first floor and entire second floor (and stairs). They did a fantastic job and we could not be more pleased. They listened to our needs and wants and communicated well throughout the entire process. They made sure the job was complete and that we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get new flooring.

EZ Floorz was very flexible with my schedule and worked with me to set up dates and times for my flooring project! Alec did a great job and was straight forward when he uncovered issues with the flooring he was replacing. Nic was great going over the quote and Danielle was so helpful finding dates and times for installs. I am thankful I was referred to EZ and will gladly recommend them to anyone!

Sue helped me select ceramic tile that highlighted the wood cabinets and made the room light, spacious and airy. The construction crew suggested staggering the tile snd it is stunning I would definitely recommend Ez FLOORS. and will use them again.
