READ:5/23/23There's a ton of recent negative reviews. I joined today and used the weight area. I saw several people using the cardio equipment.Talking to staff they have had to buy several new pieces of equipment.I thought it was nice here. I didn't see all the stuff that the other negative reviews were talking about.Maybe it won't be for you but I encourage you to at least check it out. See if you can do a walk around before signing up.I wouldn't write this place off based on the other negative reviews.4 stars because it's not perfect. There are better gyms of course but this is perfect for us.

DO NOT WORK OUT HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Unprofessional and money hungry. They do not hold themselves accountable for mistakes that they make (with Overpayments and Refunds, Not setting up accounts correctly) and would rather make it hard for the member.

This place has a lot of potential, but it's clearly neglected. It's dirty, there are parts of the celling missing all around, the saunas barely get warm, equipment breaks (a cable snapped while I was working out and I'm lucky I didn't get more than just a bruise). I have luckily never had a bad run in with staff though.

First day there and it was good enjoyed working out there just wish there was better equipment but I see how they are trying to do that and overall it was fun and great, the staff the helped me out and gave me a tour was a nice guy Realy appreciate it, I will for sure go there for a while love the energy to be the best version of your self by working on your body, thanks top shape gym

I joined this place years ago when they worked Core fitness. It was 24hour, beautiful , and clean and not to far from my home. It has now turn into a night mare. The new owners just use it as a investment property. They truly don't care about it . There is a strong odor throughout building. It is horrendous. It is like evetything broken , No ventilation musty , urine smell everin locker rooms, steam room broke, ceiling falling apart Everywhere.

I was afraid to touch anything the mens locker room smells like URINE ! Don't be fooled by tour. I WILL PASS !The health inspector NEEDS to pay this place a visit.

Great selection of equipment and usually not too busy. When equipment, or the steam room, or a toilet breaks, expect it to be 3-ish months to get fixed. Steam room also appears to potentially never have been cleaned.

Hard to enjoy your workout when half the cardio equipment is not working or unplugged for whatever reason and you don’t realize it until you get on and are ready to begin. Some weight equipment missing the handle to change weight amount. Great environment. Love the look but equipment not being fixed for months on end makes it difficult to spend my money here.

The gym itself is fine. My only frustration is that I paid for the extra fee for the kids club and I just drove all the way out here with my 2 year old daughter and they told me that the person who watches kids just left. The hrs of operation are supposed to be 4:30 - 6:30 and I came it at 5:30. I'm so disappointed I couldn't work out. They told me that I have to call ahead of time. Which is fine, but if this is a service that I pay for you would think they would have staffing for the advertised hours of operation? Basically they don't tell you that kids club only operates when the staff feel like working, not when they are supposed to.

I've been a member for over 5 years. Some lumpy pumpkin female stopped me while I was walking in to pay $9 that was declined on my card. I told her that this is a one time thing, I apologize and that I'll pay it within the next couple days. She then told me I still can't workout and sent me away. It would be different if she took "fitness" seriously. She smelt like boiled hotdog water and grits. Nasty azz

Literally only good feature is the 24/7 hours but half the equipment is outdated or out of service:(
