The people were very friendly and helpful, took the time to explain the work to be done made a drop off appointment and sent me a progress text each morning. They finished the work early and it looks like the accident never happened. Excellent service and work. Would definitely recommend Abra North Liberty to anyone that has experienced an accident and needs repair ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got into a motor vehicle accident. I had my vehicle towed to ABRA Auto Body in North Liberty (I have never dealt with them before). It was the most easiest and quickest process one could ask for! From the beginning with the receptionist to finding out my car was totaled, and dealing with the insurance side of things, ABRA made everything super simple including calling me with updates on my vehicle after they received it. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

At the outset I was given assurances that it would take 7 days to complete the job. Each day I received a text update from ABRA keeping me posted on the daily progress, each text telling me they were on schedule. When I checked on the day before it was supposed to be ready, I was told it would not be ready and that the texts I was receiving came from corporate and were not accurate and should be ignored. Unfortunately, I had made plans based on those false assurances from “corporate”. The job eventually took 10 days and they had no explanation for the delay. The work was done well, but I was frustrated by this lapse in communication and inaccurate messaging.
