OmniTel Communications is a business that is based out of a small rural town in Iowa and provides great regional fiber optic internet service. I recently received exceptional customer service from Tammie, who went above and beyond to help answer my questions and find the best plan for my budget and needs. Kellie has also provided me with great customer service in the past. The OmniTel service techs that have come into our home are always professional, courteous and helpful, especially when explaining remotes, etc. to older customers.
