Team Leader Brit was unprofessional and rude at the check out. She was very rude throughout the interaction. She bagged the item and then just walked away. As a Team Leader you would think that she would be held to a higher standard but it seems like she doesn’t care.

Did my COVID swab test through the drive through and was told my test results would be mailed to me within 3 hours, even though Walgreens' website says up to 24 hours. I waited 3, then 24, then 72 hours and still no results. I call the pharmacy today only to find the test was still in their lab, never processed... so I missed 2 days of work due to their incompetence. I will not be returning.

One of the worst walgreens. They lied to me that covid test will be pick by labcorp the same say instead it took 3 days and I miss my flight. Shut down the pharmacy in Newtown

This store is horrible. I went in and got to the back of the store (going through many aisles) before I saw anyone who worked there. I didn't need any help until I got to the photo counter. There were 2 ladies ahead of me waiting. A worker came from the back saw there was a line at the photo counter and then walked the other way. We waited for another few minutes before another worker came out. She looked at us and started walking away. I said can we get some help? She looked irritated and didn't hide it. She came to the desk, called for help and walked away. Someone finally came and neither the ladies' order or my order was completed (even though I sent it in yesterday and it said it would be ready to pick up after 8 something in the morning. I went there after 11 something). So we had to wait for both orders to be complete. I walked around the store for a couple minutes and walked back and the worker at the counter walked away and didn't bother to come back. There were 2 other workers filling the alcohol shelves (they could see me and I could see them. They did not offer to help or give me any attention). The lady at the front registers asked if I have been helped (I misunderstood her thinking she asked if she could help me). I waited a few minutes more and asked her to help me. I said the lady that helped me disappeared. So she went to find her, the photo lady came from the back and gave me the photos. Then I went up to the front counter and something happened with the register and it had to be voided. The lady helping me had to page for help (3 times before anyone came) to void the order and help check out the 3 to 4 other people waiting in line. Also I hate that using the coupon for any certain amount of money off $25 worth of product goes on your Walgreens card (which we use my husband's and I didn't have it) so I couldn't use it right then and there.People might excuse this behavior for low staffing due to Covid (which is still not an excuse by the way!) but this place had these problems for years. I am not the only one who has talked about it. I wouldn't go there if there were any other decent photo places in town! This is ridiculous!

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I spent 5 phone calls and over 30 minutes to try and talk to someone. After 7 minutes you get disconnected.

Friendly service and clean store. I go in there to avoid going to the grocery store if I don't have to with all the people in their. Lots of beauty abs health products too.

Decided to go to Walgreens for our prescriptions since they are located all over for when we are traveling. Then I went on Medicare and found my blood pressure medicine cheaper somewhere else. I've called them several times and told them that I wouldn't be getting my medicine there anymore. They keep automatically refilling them and calling me! I finally blocked them. How many times do you have to tell them that you are no longer getting your prescriptions there! Very frustrating!

We've always used Walgreens Pharmacy and up until moving to Newton, have had good experiences. The Newton location is painful to work with. I've stood in line for 30 mins, only to get attitude when it's finally my turn.I am prescribed a dessicated thyroid medication that is involved in a nationwide shortage. They did try to work with me to get the medication, which I appreciated. After 9 months of getting partial refills, I finally asked my doctor to write me a new prescription for a different dessicated product (that Walgreens told me was available/in stock). After waiting a week for my new prescription, I called in to see what the holdup was. I was informed that the Walgreens pharmacist took it upon himself to CHANGE my doctor's prescription to match the previous dessicated thyroid medication (that was out of stock). I thought it was illegal for a pharmacist to change a doctor's prescription?

I ordered pictures to be printed (same day pick up) it's still not done over 24 hours later. I went to Walgreens twice and at both times they look lost/confused when I asked for the pictures. The first time was after their truck arrived to unload and a staff felt overwhelmed. Several other customers look annoyed as well because they didn't get their pictures either. Second time, I get told it is STILL not done. I am dissatisfied with their customer service. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PICTURES PRINTED.

Watch out in the parking lot. Lot of the locals like to use the lot to cut through rather than use the stoplight.

I like using Walgreens as my pharmacy but for the past year I, and several other people, have had issues with pharmacist Mike L. he is very rude and unprofessional. he always has an attitude when trying to get meds picked up. if you ask a question he bites your head off, and purposely waits as long as possible to fill your meds so you go without.
