This place and their customer service is a joke. They do not give you full details about products and or pricing. When you turn around and have questions they make you feel stupid, they act like they can’t do anything to help because they aren’t a “corporate store” and lie to you about notes by 611 (customer service hotline) being placed in your file. I have not dealt with a business being this unprofessional in a very long time!

I can't say enough good things about the service and the people at the US Cellular branch in Newton. I have come in a number of times with questions about my phone and they are always courteous, patient, respectful and go way beyond the call of duty.

Took my phone in because when I receive a text and it states opt out from receiving texts from this number my phone won't let me text STOP. The sales person screwed my phone up worse and now everything is screwed up! She couldn't fix it and made things worse. Grrrrr

NIce store associates at US Cellular Premier Location in Newton, but would strongly recommend no one make a purchase for any accessories. My wife just purchased a charger for her IPhone this morning, got home and It wasn't right for her needs. She returned it this afternoon but was told no refunds back to her credit card for 10 days and if it doesn't show up to contact them. US Cellular was very quick in taking payment for the product but painfully slow in crediting it back to her card.I strongly recommend staying away from US Cellular for any accessory purchases, check Amazon or anywhere else first there's other options out there.

I had signed up for there wi-fi but the service was awful and wouldn’t even hook up to a simple light or T.V I went to return within there 15 day policy since I didn’t have the original box the girl that helped me went in the back to talk to the manager and said we couldn’t take it back or cancel service( did they really expect someone to pay for a service that doesn’t work and because I didn’t keep the box it came in?) Thankfully I was able to get ahold of there online customer service which was superb they informed me there shouldn’t have been any issues returning it to the store but they were sending me out a return box and canceled my service, I also have phone service through them but it’s just as awful as the Wi-Fi , calls drop, text messages don’t send or don’t receive, I personally didn’t even know any cell service was still that terrible. So after this experience with there Newton store I will be canceling all services, who knows how many people they scam this way and then the customer thinking there stuck paying for it, hopefully anyone that has this issue sees this review . They should probably invest in new management at this store

They will lie to get a sell. They have tons of hidden fee, they don't tell you about! then when you find out and try to cance, they then tell you on the phone it will cost one price to return,. but when you come in it sudden $50 more to cancel then what they told you a few hours before on the phone. They don't even have heat in the building. The manager is very rude, condensing and doesn't even seem to know what she doing. She can't even find account information. So unless you like being ripped off and talked down to I would just avoid this place all together.

I would not let anyone I know buy a phone from them… They lied to make a sale on ordering a phone saying it would be in store 1-2 days and it has been now 4 days and counting I will drive in Des Moines to get an iPad if I decide to stay with a company who are liars

If I could give zero stars I would. Along with awful customer service and terrible coverage in the main metro area of Des Moines Iowa, I also was refused reimbursement for my bill I paid less than a week ago and decided to go with a different carrier with better all around service (T-Mobile). This company’s representatives barely speak English and are very rude. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone I come in contact with.

I generally do not make bad reviews but I have been at work stewing on this for hours. I have not been in for a few months just to upgrade and have always been happy with the customer service, clearly there has been a lot of staff change:( I know times are tough for finding help but this store has me highly disappointed. NIKI was fabulous! Recovered all of the important things I had on my old phone, even though the screen would not come. Everyone. Don't see anyone else but Niki.Dennis
