Going to have to switch banks do to poor hours. Only bank I’ve seen in the surrounding area that closes at 4 and not open at all on Saturdays. Wish I didn’t have to take my business elsewhere but the hours alone have forced my hand.

Wanted to open an account so I could have access to foreign currency exchange. I was told the bank was not going to work with me because of that. Only during their spiel of informing me that they weren't going to open an account did they mention that in order for me to have an account through US Bank I would need to have regular transactions. I was stunned. I could have and would have set up direct deposits, but that wasn't going to be an option for them, as they had determined they weren't doing business with me. Terrible service!

After more than 30 yrs of patronage with this location and numerous different companies in this location, it is finally time to move on. New management and poor customer service have become increasingly common. We have some fairly substantial accounts but apparently that doesn't matter anymore either. Small requests of staff are met with attitude and statements of "we don't do that anymore". Unfortunately we will be closing accounts and moving them to a MUCH more servicing and friendly atmosphere. Probably should have done this years ago.

Why are you even open when you don’t answer the phone and only hours open really are slim even for “bankers” hours. Pathetic!

Took a check there that was written on their bank and they charged us a $7 fee to cash it. And didnt tell us they was going to charge us a fee.

ATM is broken a lot at this location. If you need to do any business after hours it’s a huge inconvenience when the next branch is 30 miles away

Not impressed whatsoever with this location ATM is constantly broke and the bank isn't even open for 8 hours closes at 4 PM And makes it very difficult to cash a check when you don't get off work till 330

My family member who has been with this bank for over 50 years had an extremely poor experience with this branch last week. The female banker they worked with provided incredibly poor customer service and the bank manager did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. It is very unfortunate that such a loyal customer was treated this way and I certainly hope the level of customer service improves.I spoke with a representative from the local branch the following morning (Friday). He was patient and kind as he answered my many questions. However, it seemed strange that he had all the details about a situation that he was not personally a part of - which leads me to the concerning belief that the staff here is in the habit of discussing client's personal circumstances with each other. He transferred me to the bank manager's voicemail after letting me know he would be back in the office Monday. It is now Tuesday evening and the back manager has chosen not to return my call.Update: Thank you, US Bank, for your response to my original review. The account holder has already contacted you.

It's a great bank that's been there along time they have a very friendly staff and it's a clean inside they offer a wide range of options to choose from check them out and see what you think and ask them what they can do for you and your family !

If there was a possibility to give this negative stars I would have done it. I went to open a new account. My drivers license was expired so I ran next-door to get it renewed. I asked the manager if they would still be there in 30 minutes when I return to open the account. She assured me that they would be. When I returned they told me to come back in an hour after she had came back from lunch. Keep in mind when I first arrived I waited 30 minutes for her to talk to me initially. After this experience I decided to bank elsewhere. My husband still has an account there. I went to cash a check he had written to me and they charge me seven dollars to cash the check since I did not have an account. Also if you deposit a check written to you from US Bank there is typically a hold because US Bank does not verify funds. None of this was told to us when we initially opened our account. The customer service is awful they are extremely rude.

This is the worst bank in the world the manager is very rude. The ATM ate my card and if i have fees this bank is paying them because its there fault!!!! I will never bank with them again and i will tell my friends and family and Facebook about my bad experience

All the money our company deposits into this bank they charge us $10.00 per month to count our coins. Seems that banks would want customers to deposit money with them.

My experience with this bank has been less than stellar, from the account "maintenance" fees to their fee for overdraft protection - they nickel and dime you like crazy and have lost my business both personal and business.
