“My husband and I stopped into Family Video for the first time since moving to the area. We had called ahead and requested a movie be set aside for us. When we arrived, it was very busy and there was only one employee working the store, a young lady, Abby. We were third in line and the line quickly grew to seven customers deep. Abby was cool, calm and collected and remained so the entire time we were there. The phone rang three times while we were there, and she was able to handle the phone requests just as easily. She was friendly and engaging. Abby went above and beyond - wonderful customer service! That young lady deserves a raise!”
