The Staff are friendly and address you by name.They make sure your meds are filled and you also will be alerted via text that they are ready for pick up or delivery is an option.If you have questions about anything they will help you get the needed information,If your meds are different they explain what they are for as well as make sure you have lititure for reference.They also offer a variety of vitamins, medical supplies, Diabetic shoes,lotions , allergy meds and much more. They go above and beyond to assure your needs are met .That means so much.

Staff will lie to your face. Called at 1pm to check what prescriptions were called in for my wife. Was told 3 different prescriptions. Get there an hour later and was told the received the prescriptions just before I got there. Since when has it taken all day to fill prescriptions. When it was medicine shoppe your prescriptions were ready in a fast timely manner. Wish Larry never would’ve sold to medicap. Was with medicine shoppe for years don’t think medicap will get my business much longer

The prices are high, staff is inconsiderate, absolutely no help with any kind of discount! The professional caring of your well being or the major LACK OF from owners & staff is extremely apparent and the community lost a major caring partner when the Medicine Shoppe closed its doors!!!

I have been with medicap for over 5 years, since buying and moving to medicine shoppe it's been one headache after another. Staff is no longer personable and appear to be flustered all the time. They've lost my scripts after saying they are ready ( one 3 times). I'm looking into other pharmacy options.

Since Medicap moved to medicine shop it has lost a lot! Customer service is sub par. Almost every single time I’ve been in the drive up and pull up to the window that another customer was just at, the staff have evaporated. This happens every single time. Then the lady working the window is less than friendly and acts like it’s a pain to help you. To add insult to injury several several times my prescriptions are not ready dispute calling them in early in the morning. Today I called them in at 0630. It is 1:45 pm and I was just told that they weren’t ready. This happens often. I live in a different town so I have to sit and wait somewhere.

I have gone to medicine shoppe for years now. I don’t like medicap taking over. The prices are outrageous! They have tripled in the last couple weeks. We have no insurance and cannot afford these prices. Im looking for another pharmacy.

Went in for a scheduled vaccination. No one directed me where to go or what to do. One member of staff had a cough, one wasn't wearing their mask correctly, and a third had it down around her neck. No customers had masks on despite a sign on the door pretending to require them. First and last visit.

I am a Medicaid patient and I have been coming to your Pharmacy for several years now. From the early days of $1.00 co-pays to no co-pays now. Julie has worked very hard to find staff that genuinely care for the customers. Julie and Chrissie are top-notch professionals, they always take the time to, not only fill prescriptions, but to talk to and care about their customers. Tracy is a real plus, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is as it should be! The rest of the staff are courteous, and caring. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy to anyone!! They are, quite simply, THE BEST!!!

Julie, Chrissy and the rest of the staff always take great care our family!! My wife needed a vaccine today and they called to tell us that there would be a fee to administer the shot. They said that Hy-Vee didn't charge for the shot, so my wife went to Hy-Vee, but they were out of the vaccine and wouldn't have any until late spring. So back to Medicap she went, I would rather she be well than worry about the cost. That's the kind of people that care of us. We love Medicap!!!

Love this pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that it's only a pharmacy. I don't prefer to do these type of transactions in a big box environment such as grocery stores, Targets, Walgreens or Walmarts. This brings me back to the neighborhood pharmacies on the square that I grew up with. Great place, great people!
