Jack was a wonderful tax associate, answered every question I had, very patient with our 2 year old, we are thankful to continue to file with Jackson and Hewitt we always have had a great experience and always get back more then what we would if we filed ourselves

We had a house fire and I lost documents, I let it all snowball from there! When I called in to get my son’s documents for the lawyer after his death I spoke to Joanne and she worked with me to get everything taken care of. Everything was a long ways from 49$ … but … it’s done!
