I brought a package in to return to Amazon. The girl at the front helped me get a full refund, took my phone and set everything up and then packed it up for me in flash. Super easy I'll use this place again for sure.

Ordered a chair from them on Amazon. They cancelled my order "due to cost of freight" and immediately jacked up their sale price by $50. Extremely unprofessional and poor business practice. If you have an online business, it's your responsibility to ensure your listed prices take all of your expenses into account, and honor your listed prices. I hope you'll do better by your future customers; I won't be one.

Staff is very helpful! They always have what I need with speedy service. Got my prints printed matte and NO where else offers that! The price was so great each time I felt like I had gotten a discount, I'm going bk to print all my baby shower games cards ??

good store, but very overpriced, staff wears shirts that are biased and political very unprofessional. Not to mention the flag on the window that gives that same rhetoric, and during the pandemic staff did not wear masks or have any type of a sign saying masks were recommended

Be aware that if you try to utilize this store to make returns to Amazon, you will have to print out a shipping label from Amazon's website rather than using the QR Amazon will email to you by default. For reasons unknown to me, Forbes does not have the capability to ship using QR, otherwise it will mean a trip to Ankeny to utilize a store that has it.

Forbes office is a great place to do business with Gary and Wayne and the crew are always helpful and willing to help you with your needs It a great Mom And Pop store that has great customer service and appreciates you business .

I had a huge printing need involving compiling packets for a meeting I had planned. On my own, this project would have taken several hours and been super laborious. Forbes helped me cut down on the time, printing my materials quickly, automatically stapling them, and doing it all for a great price. I was thoroughly impressed and very thankful, and I will definitely continue to bring them my printing business in the days ahead.

Horribly overpriced. Took my printer in for repeatedly jamming. I'm only giving two stars because they did my repair in a timely manner, however he did say it was only a 3 minute repair. Otherwise I would give a 1 star. Customer service reps weren't very friendly and the store had a disgusting odor to it. There office furniture was dated and also overpriced. I usually prefer doing business local, but this is a store I will not take my business to again.

Forbes is a great asset to our community! I've worked with them on several projects for the Young Professionals of Jasper County and have been impressed with the final product and quality of service. I've never had a poor experience with anyone in the building. They are also highly visible in their support of different community events - thanks for all that you do!

Old man Forbes is a grouch, and makes a point of ensuring you know that the mere act of coming in "his store" is a major problem for him. Most unpleasant person I've ever met. To make things worse, the services are expensive and crappy. I just got done wasting over $40 to overnight a letter that will not arrive on time because the other worker there messed up the address, despite it being filled out correctly on the form that was angrily pushed toward me when I asked to spend my money there on their bad and expensive service.
