We had to wait awhile to get someone to speak with us. My grandpa has a 54 ford pickup that needed to be re-alignment. Didn’t seem like there were a lot of employees. However the service was good. After someone spoke with us we got set up for what we needed. They were able to get us in the next day for the work on our truck. Would recommend to people who have time to drop your vehicle off and pick it up. They have good service. If you have enough time on your hands definitely try it out.

My girlfriend took her car in a few months ago for an oil change when she picked up the car 5 people started telling her her car was breaking and she needs to spend tons of money to fix it. These statements were untrue. That's not the biggest problem here they broke her drain plug and then broke the pan trying to force it in. Then instead of fixing it they put plumbing tape on the plug this is in no way good on the car. This is a disappointment for a shop and the people there have no clue what there doing. Never take a car here!!!

Had a tire blowout on July 3rd. Worried about the Holiday, I reached out with tire size and information both on their website's contact as well as their Facebook page multiple times to ask for a quote on replacement. Got plenty of auto-response messages that I was important and they would get back to me asap, but no one ever reached out to provide any help. Nearly a week later and still no response.
Way to lose business.
Do yourself a favor and find a place that's interested in actually helping you, unlike "Crappy's".

We were traveling with our travel trailer from Indiana to California, when a tire bearing gave out on the trailer.
We were able to safely navigate off the highway and find lodging for the night.
After arrangements were made for a tow, we couldn't find anywhere, enroute that could help. As luck would have it, the tow vehicle pulled over, by coincidence, in front of Cappy's.
The were INCREDIBLY accommodating. they serviced the trailer, after securing the parts needed.
We couldn't be more appreciative.

Came in with a flatter than flat tire and needed it repaired ASAP. The crew at Cappys did an amazing job inspecting the tire, and although it was un-repairable, they were diligent in finding a replacement in my price range and got me back on the road in under an hour!! They were helpful, reliable, and super quick! I will be using them for my future vehicle maintenance.

I took my car here to get it fixed and they quoted me over +10k in damages. I thought that it was suspiciously high and I took it somewhere else to get a new quote and I was quoted for less than half of that at the new place. I’m not sure if they actually look for parts or if they just give up right away and give you full price dealer parts. Not to mention it took them almost a full month to find parts and the new shop already had the parts in and started within a few days. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re just getting something SMALL fixed.

Like others, I had heard about a change in ownership and staff. Bob had always taken great care of us and we returned and were treated very well. Very happy with the service and the cost.
