Very disorganized. Every time I called the person was always out, many times dealing with rental units. I felt like this wasn't her main priority. We were delayed as Items were discontinued so I don't think they verify that showroom is current. They can't schedule efficiently, we were moved out a couple times after waiting months on actual date.

Have to rave about the hard working guys that ripped up the tiles and cement board! That has to be one of the hardest jobs— back breaking hard! Plus they cleaned up every day after they were done and even put carpet under their truck so their truck wouldn’t leave oil on drive way. So impressed!
