I stopped in to talk about ordering a couple bunk beds, was told to email what I wanted. Did that with some questions, waited two MONTHS then called and left a message…no response, then emailed again…got a response and was told he would call me the following Tuesday…..that was about a month ago. I give up. My sister hasn’t had a great experience either, so I’ll definitely be ordering from somewhere else.

I can’t say enough about Sleepy Hollow’s work! Jeff did an amazing job with our project! His communication was fantastic. From the minute he arrived he was kind and when he finished he went over everything with me to make sure it was what I needed/wanted. He had a messy job but he cleaned up and left our kitchen as clean as it was when he arrived. I love the quality work Sleepy does. Thank you Sleepy Hollow for running a business that cares about the customer and puts pride in every project you do!!!
