The pizza is really gone downhill at Casey's sometimes the customer service is good sometimes it's bad it just depends on who is working

I ordered a pizza through the app and was given a time of when it was supposed to be done. When I got there, it wasn't even started being made. Other customers were in the same situation. I understand a rush, but lately, it seems like it is becoming an every time thing. Not just this particular store, either.

Employee’s are friendly but their card reader never works. Need to get a now card reader if it can’t even read a chipped card to pay for items. Has been an ongoing thing at this location for months.
