I was billed for propane that was not delivered. I spent over three hours on the phone with multiple customer service reps trying to get the problem resolved. I emailed with photos of my propane gauges showing the tanks nearly empty two days after Amerigas claims they filled them. Still no resolution. I am switching companies.

Honestly, worst company to work with. Definitely overpriced for the area, screws you over on fills and billing (no way I should be paying $500 every three weeks). Once spring comes, I'm going elsewhere. Customer service is horrible as well.

Repeatedly promised and lied to six days between Dec 16 and 29 regarding delivery.Wouldn't put me in touch with supervisor.Wouldn't give me number of driver to check status.Incredibly pathetic.
