After booking, I had a short notice scheduling change and they were unable to meet my new needs. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and she was truly a joy just to talk to! The movers Derek, Pat, and Bob showed up on moving day with a smile. I cannot say enough great things about those three. They were on time and efficient, and took so much care in protecting all of my belongings. They went above and beyond, far exceeding my expectations! They were also very personable and really fun to talk to and joke with.
