First time using this place it's alright the right mega washer has a smell to it but i had no choice but to use it because of how much laundy i had i had to use both mega washers the tables felt grimy there was no cleaner in the bottle to clean the tables and no clean rags so I couldn't clean the tables I didn't understand why there are so many books and magazines with no organization back in what I assume is a kid area the bathroom was dirty and trash was very full not only in the bathroom but the regular trash as well by the washers and the one next to the pop machine there was a load of laundry left in the dry that someone forgot so I folded it nicely and put it on the main counter so I hope they come back for there clothes this place could be very nice maybe start coming in around 7or 8pm to empty trash and clean up a little bit or whatever time in the evening to clean up a but

I live in Ames, but drive to Nevada just for this facility! It's open 24 hours. Always clean. Have cable TV while you wait. Super cheap boxes of detergent and dryer sheets and stuff that's not expired in the vending machines!
