My computer hard drive was upgraded quickly. I was able to restart quickly with no down time or lost files. I received a follow~up to make sure everything went well. Quick service and low cost!

5 stars for sure! JB was so helpful and kind. He was communicative, professional, & reasonably priced. He kept my laptop safe for me while he waited for parts and fixed it and it is working perfectly. He even let me use his Mac Mini in the meantime. I was so impressed and so grateful! This is one of those kind of guys that after you work with him, there’s just absolutely no way you would ever believe someone could possibly leave a negative review. Jared is selfless in his customer service, EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED, and has stood by his workmanship as well as every single product I have ever purchased from him over the years. I’ve never had a problem with anything I ever bought and he continues to go above and beyond what all of his competitors ever would after you buy a product from him (I have some horror stories before I met Jared…trust me).For anyone watching…..this is how you do business.

Jared is patient and knowledgeable for both Mac and PC - he’s taken the time to receive my hardware and personally fix it. He doesn’t try to add extra service and his costs are more than reasonable. Give him a call, you’ll be glad you did!!
