helpful service friendly people, only issue is something is always going wrong tech wise today it was the receipt print stopped working, register freezing during transactions. I know I. not the only person that thinks caseys needs to up grade there entire system. current system has so many bugs. it never fails for something to be broken or not working.

I thought I would give them another try and ordered what I always do, large Supreme pizza and cheese bread, and 8 piece bone in chicken wings. I tried, it failed. I don't know what happen to this Casey's on B ave in Nevada iowa but never again. Ordered on line which sauce for wings have pick 2 sauces no charge and any extra is .69. Well picking any sauce was adding $1.39 so I removed the sauce. I get there to pick it up at the time they gave me and she just put it in a long with the wings. The cheese bread was sitting on a work table already done. Told another 6-7 minutes so I waited 7 minutes in my car and pizza was on top of the oven ready to go. Cheese bread was still sitting in the same place it was before and chicken wings were sitting in the fry basket. She was folding boxes. Then noticed I was standing there and then boxed up my burnt cheese and over cooked wings which must have changed brands of chicken or something because no good at all. Opened the boxes when I got home only to be disappointed with the whole order. I'll drive the extra to go to the Casey's across town. They are fantastic. Other than that I buy from Casey's closest to me for everything else and get my gas there and will continue to do so. Just no food.?. Sad day

What is going on with Casey's?? The two we have in Nevada are awful! I have written to corporate about them with NO RESPONSE!!!They are always out of stuff and things are broken..machines out of order. We order pizza from the LH one occasionally and the guy is rude on the phone. We wanted to buy pizza by the slice, he said they weren't making anymore because they were almost out of dough and that's for customers who order. We went to FOUR Casey's today while we were out and about...2 here and 2 in Pella today and all four were out of something or machines were broken or the store was completely disheveled and dirty. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit one of your stores! I'm now a fan of other convenience stores. Today was our last day we will EVER go to Casey's we can do without...we do anyway even if we go! We won't even buy gas there...Casey's doesn't seem to care.

Okay, I've been eating Casey's Pizza for years. I'm from Chicago but went to college in Iowa, and my husband is from Iowa so we make it back at least twice a year. The family always orders pizza from Casey's. And the only thing I have to ask is, where's the sauce? It's just bread and cheese. And toppings. But always no sauce. It's kind of "wet" under the cheese but that's it. I know I'm spoiled being from Chicago, but damn. It's really bad. I'm rating 3 stars because I think the general store itself is great. If this review was just about Casey's Pizza, it would be one star.

When you're training to work at Casey's, I believe you're trained to be courteous to your customers . I called at 5:00 you answered the phone extremely rude and told me to wait. After waiting approximately 6 minutes I hung up and redialed it rang and rang the phone was never answered again.. this is the second time I have tried to order pizza within the last 3 weeks.. same person on the other end extremely rude.. I won't bother again.
