What is going on with Casey's?? The two we have in Nevada are awful! I have written to corporate about them with NO RESPONSE!!!They are always out of stuff and things are broken..machines out of order. We order pizza from the LH one occasionally and the guy is rude on the phone. We wanted to buy pizza by the slice, he said they weren't making anymore because they were almost out of dough and that's for customers who order. We went to FOUR Casey's today while we were out and about...2 here and 2 in Pella today and all four were out of something or machines were broken or the store was completely disheveled and dirty. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit one of your stores! I'm now a fan of other convenience stores. Today was our last day we will EVER go to Casey's we can do without...we do anyway even if we go! We won't even buy gas there...Casey's doesn't seem to care.

Decided to go the corporate route dince the employees have an attitude problem.Ordered pizza from them through the website at 8pm. Pizza showed up through door dash. One of our pizzas was incorrect. We called to ask about it and the guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. I think his name was Ryan. Told us they don't deliver and we had to take it up with door dash. But when my wife tried telling him we didn't order through door dash he said we couldn't argue with him and hung up.

The worst pizza from any caseys, the first taco pizza they forgot the meat amd other ingredients and on the second pizza still missing ingredients but with meat.

Okay, I've been eating Casey's Pizza for years. I'm from Chicago but went to college in Iowa, and my husband is from Iowa so we make it back at least twice a year. The family always orders pizza from Casey's. And the only thing I have to ask is, where's the sauce? It's just bread and cheese. And toppings. But always no sauce. It's kind of "wet" under the cheese but that's it. I know I'm spoiled being from Chicago, but damn. It's really bad. I'm rating 3 stars because I think the general store itself is great. If this review was just about Casey's Pizza, it would be one star.

When you're training to work at Casey's, I believe you're trained to be courteous to your customers . I called at 5:00 you answered the phone extremely rude and told me to wait. After waiting approximately 6 minutes I hung up and redialed it rang and rang the phone was never answered again.. this is the second time I have tried to order pizza within the last 3 weeks.. same person on the other end extremely rude.. I won't bother again.

I love everything about Casey's...however this was my first experience where I was upset and disappointed. I waited at the back pizza area for 1 of the 3 employees to acknowledge me. The female "Amy" was loudly ranting about wanting to know where the ketchup and mustard was...it was honestly insane how loud she was all while not acknowledging me or the other 2 customers. Finally one of the male employees acknowledged meand as I approached the cash register I heard a customer say to the female "Amy" I ordered the pizza without olives and the female "Amy" said ohh I didn't put that many on you can just pick them off...WHAT!!! The the kid at the register was struggling with another customers Rewards and went back to ask "Amy" for help and she asked him what he was doing and he told her that he needed help and she told him to go back up front and she never came to help him. He was able to fix the issue only when another employee happened to call and walk the kid through what he needed to do to fix the problem. Lastly our pizza was cold cold cold. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location especially for pizza.

Convenient location a little difficult to get in and out because if lots of customers but nice cashiers and staff. Good selection and quick service.

Horrible customer service... rude, make us leave bags (with expensive items) at door... they are dirty and don’t pay attention to costumers, also a bad quality for food... if I could I’d personally retrain them on costumer service and how to manage a workplace

Casey's General Store is an Iowa-based convenience store chain and gas station found in most communities in the state (and region). They have a fresh sandwich bar inside the store but are perhaps best known for their pizza (the secret is the sauce). You can order pizza for pickup, buy it by the slice, or order it for delivery (between 4-8 pm). Sausage, pepperoni, cheese, taco and many other combinations are available. There are two Casey's locations in Nevada--one on Lincoln Highway downtown and the other just off the interstate. If you have a disability, they will come out and pump your gas. Friendly, helpful people.
