Their website does not work, phone number does not work, and this from an ISP? Odd, but not that surprising. I've had their service for several years and it's OK, but I live in Nebraska and my IP address is Iowa. I've raised this issue with them for over 2 years, and they cannot seem to figure this out. It causes many headaches with trying to stream anything when your locations do not match. No Sling, no MLB tv, and many others. Not worth the hassle.

If you cancel their service be sure to call the bank to stop payment on them. 6 months later and they're trying to collect monthly payments still. I called and called to get money back nothing happened. CHECK BANK STATEMENTS

This internet is the biggest piece of dogpoo I’ve ever used. A potato could provide better internet than whatever this flying sack of sacogowia that is an excuse of an internet. It is incredible that we have technology to do surgeries inside the body without cutting them open, but can’t provide an internet that allows to happily play a fun game of fortnite or 2k. I do not recommend this garbage can of wifi.

I have wanted to get internet out to my office for many years and had tried many different internet providers. All the other providers either said it was impossible to get service at my office or gave me really weak service, that is if they called back. I called WIAW and in two days the owner himself was out to set it up and I have had amazing service ever since. Now I can work at my office whenever,. Being a small business owner how busy these small business owners are with not enough help and too many customers, and Western Iowa Wireless clearly cares about their customers and tries to be there to help as soon as possible. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Customer service is fantastic but I keep having trouble with my signal dropping repeatedly. Very annoying when you work from home. That being said, they work some kind of magic quickly as soon as I call and get it resolved.

This ISP throttles the speed rendering the service useless. outages occur in the evening when the office is closed. You call and it works well for a day or two. Save yourself the hassle and switch to StarLink.

Horrible Service, Billed me at an address that I no longer lived at that I was renting. I called in and told them to stop service, and my bill was payed, so they were going to come pick up equipment and that was all set up. They contacted me and said no one was at the residence, this was a month later. Obviously I had moved like I told them over a month and a half ago. I then gave them the owner of the house's number to contact, I talked to the owner and no one had contacted him to pick up the equipment, and no one had came pick up the equipment. They kept billing me at this address, even after this was all gone over with the office number I contacted on several occasions. Terrible communication between staff owners and employees. Never can get in touch or get a call back but they want your money and to pay a bill, for something you don't use and haven't used, and don't even live at the address they had been billing me at, months after I cancelled service. They are quick to set up the service and get on a plan, but when it's about stopping service, they get no one to the residence to do so. I've heard this from multiple customers. Service was terrible and never worked, hotspot on my phone worked better. I don't believe the people working for this company know what they are doing, as far as running a business, they have smart employees as far as setting things up but they lack the communication part even when trying to get your service set up. But the installers did do a good job and hid wires ext and were friendly other than that it was a bunk service provider for internet. I wouldn't recommend to anyone in the area. The secretary was more than rude and I for one don't see how, if she's the one doing most of the talking, anyone would want to do business with this company. 1 out of 5 just for the workers that came to install the service initially did a good job, that was the only decent experience I had with the company. 100%

Horrible company to deal with. Multiple times:- They put me on hold, after I wait 10+ minutes they hang-up on me.- They tell me incorrect things and lie. For example, they regularly say they'll fix the problem or follow-up with me - they never do.- If you sign up for government benefits where you're supposed to get a credit for your internet bill do NOT use this company. If you try, good luck actually getting the credit from them. In addition, your monthly bill won't reflect the credit so you have no idea when or if you're getting it.

My router got damaged and I called the office late that night. The office staff was very friendly, and early the next day a technician was out at my house to replace it. Wonderful service and dedicated staff!

No phone service on weekends left messages Saturday night and Sunday morning on 2 different places. System down and no one answers the phone from 9:30PM Saturday til I was called at 2:30PM on Sunday. After I set a email.

I had a service schedule for Wednesday and they didn’t show up then said too much snow was on the roof the next day. When it melted I notified them and asked for them to come back. They said they couldn’t. I was out of town then Friday when they planned to come back so I had someone meet them at my house. I was left with “incorrect password” and no way of knowing how to fix it. The friend who came said they told her they’d leave paperwork to explain it. No paperwork… it’s now Friday and I have no way of doing my work from home all weekend… very irritated I was pushed back multiple days then it didn’t work when they finally showed. I tried doing what the router set up told me but doesn’t allow me to do anything without wifi..reset button doesn’t even work!
