Bought a car here and was happy with the service overall. We did have an issue with the registration but they corrected the problem. It just took a few months longer than we would have liked.

Honestly don’t even think they deserve one star. Bought a car 8 months ago and they have yet to give us the registration. They said they lost the title so they have to get a replacement. That was two months ago. My husband hit a deer and the car was totaled out but we can’t settle with our insurance because Uptown hasn’t sent in the registration to the Treasurer. So now we are having to pay on a loan for a car that we can no longer use. All because Dave doesn’t know how to do his job and is extremely unorganized. He doesn’t care about his customers and I genuinely don’t know how they still have a business. Please avoid this dealership at all cost. Have heard this is not the first time he’s “lost” titles for cars he has sold.

I bought a truck tht fell apart one month later with a fight they fixed theissues with a tune up, one year later I'm have wrk done with muscatine tire and wheel who show me evidence tht the tune up uptown claimed to do was actually a lie along with evidence of using wrong cheap parts to fix a problem for a short time frame. I warn anyone who is thinking of doing anytime of business with uptown motore lo aged on the bypass
