Went to look at a used suv there I didn’t expect it to be like a brand new car at all, I knew there was gonna be some stuff I would eventually have to fix. Well I went to test drive the suv and there was a noise when I drove but everything else was seemed fine. I asked the dealer Frank if he could get the noise checked out he said of course! The suv was took the back to get it checked out. He came back and they said it was the sway bar links and back struts that was causing the noise and said they will fix it for $1000 added to the total or I can take it as is, I told him to go ahead and fix it. I even asked Frank once it gets fixed the noise will go away? He told yes so confidently so I trusted him. I set up an appointment to get it fixed and came back when it was finished it was still making the same noise. I called the dealership saying that it was still making the noise and they told me to bring it back. They said I could use my warranty that I got and could get it fixed it would take some time to observe what was causing the noise and wait on the insurance people on what they say. I didn’t have the suv for about 3 weeks. Then i finally got an answer and the insurance agent said they would not cover anything since the problem was pre existing. So I asked what can you guys do about it they said they can fix it but it would cost me about $1,200 to fix. I asked them why would I have to pay for it if the problem was happening since the test drive? I didn’t get a straight answer but we are sorry. I’ve only had this suv since feb 2024 and I have put more money into repairing it than my own monthly payments. I’ve had to repair the wheel barring which was causing the noise, both front struts, both front control arms and my rotors and brakes. This was my first time ever getting a car from a dealership and honestly I never want to go through a dealership again. Or just never go this dealership again they will literally lie to you in your face.

Alex was wonderful to work with. Called put deposit on Rav 4. Told when it would be in. He called told us it was ready for pickup. Drove down to Muscatine from Davenport was in and out in a very short time. Well worth the drive to Muscatine for your next toyota purchase.

10/10 experience with buying a new car here! Things like that can be stressful and overwhelming but our salesman Frank and financing guy Jake were fantastic!! Answered any and all questions we threw at them and were very patient and polite. We could not be happier with our new vehicle!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I would run as far away as possible. I dealt with a salesman Paul Goetzman who is young and inexperienced in the industry. I wanted to trade my Ram 1500 on a new Toyota Tundra and he told me that they don't accept trade ins that aren't Toyota. They offered to contact a wholesaler instead but that it would take a couple days with the weekend. When I heard back from Paul he wanted more pictures then he had already taken, but also wanted me to drive back to the dealer so they could look over my truck and possibly discuss what the wholesaler said. I had to make several inquiries to get a price point for my truck to see if we could even come to a deal on the trade in instead of wasting time driving back down to the dealership. Of all my experience with buying and trading vehicles I have never had a dealership practically refuse to do a trade in because the vehicle wasn't the same as what the dealership was selling. You are better off going to a different Toyota dealership where they have a better selection of vehicles and are willing to make a deal for your trade in.

Paul Goetzman was the sales agent who sold us our Highlander. He was very patient and pleasant to deal with. There was no high pressure from him, and he worked hard to help us find exactly what we wanted. Once the vehicle was delivered, he was very helpful in getting us familiar with the features and getting our devices hooked up. Jake was equally pleasant and helpful with the financing part of the transaction. We highly recommend Paul and this dealership.

Just bought my fourth (4th) car @ Toyota of Muscatine. Salesmen, managers and service department ALWAYS have me leaving with a smile on my face. I wouldn't go back if I wasn't satisfied.

I have purchased 10+ vehicles with Toyota of Muscatine. They have always been fair, honest and easy to work with. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking to use them. I have also had several great sales people and would recommend any of them. Kyle was my last sales person (other have retired) and he was very accommodating with my work schedule and communication was outstanding.
