I have been taking my animals here for roughly 2 years now. I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. The doctors, technicians, and receptionist were polite and helpful. EXCEPT for the most recent experience. Dog came down with a cough and they prescribed Doxycycline and cough medicine. About 2 weeks later there was no improvement, he actually became worse. After discussing it with my partner we decided he needed to be seen again so I called to ask what needs to be done. I was then degraded for not calling a week after the medicine was given, when it seemed to not have been getting better. Now maybe this receptionist was just having a rough day, but either way I will not take my business somewhere that is going to degrade someone.

I have been going here for years and years..Dr. Tasha Wall is very compassionate as well as Dr. Nate Wall..he is amazing and I know my animals are going to get the very best care…thank you Walls for exceptional veterinary care.

Very professional veterinarian in the Muscatine area. They explain things very thoroughly, and in an understandable manner. They take their time with your pet as if it's their own.

I had a very ill Chinchilla. He went downhill very fast. They were very caring, kept me updated and help me make the difficult decision that pet owners don’t want to make. They were amazing. I can not Thank You enough for helping me.

Dr.Sara removed a cancerous tumor from our 14 yr old cat. Successful surgery. Will give us another 2 yrs with her. Very accommodating staff. Been going here for our pets for 30yrs. Not one complaint.

They are extremely good with our furry babies. I must really say I would never really trust any other veterinarian office but this one. They are kind to the animals . Just love this place

I have had the Drs. \u0026 their staff treat my animals for many years. Back to when it was: Barrington, Longtin \u0026 Fick. It is a great group of people \u0026 always very accommodating.
