Was merging over to exit and had plenty of space behind me and someone driving this truck sped up and got 5 feet behind me and was flashing brights and honking then sped past me flipping me off. Super unprofessional and unnecessary

While driving to work MANY times we have gotten stuck behind the truck with a tank that says inedible food on I-41 around Appleton-Greenbay WI. He drives in the left lane the entire time he is on the road. He will only drive in the left lane and because of the heavy traffic it gets backed up for miles and people are unable to get around the truck. Very bad driving.
