Mike is always great to deal with and very responsive from start to finish. I bought several pinball machines from them as well as a dart board and their customer service is top-notch. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mike and Lee are so awesome, helped us through everything. Picked up our Gran cabinet and was shocked. Way more than we expected. Lee took so much of her time to go through everything ( wanted her to stop so I could get home and get started LOL). Absolutely awesome experience from start to finish. So greatful to all the people who made it possible. 10 stars if possible.

My KISS pinball was delivered to me, in Michigan, a couple days ago and it looks Amazing!!! It also plays as perfect as it looks. Mike and his crew did a superb job. The Customer Service from Land of Oz was Supreme, they truly care about your happiness and share in your excitement. Mike Rankins is a very patient person who took his time with me, on the phone, answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right options. Thank You Land of Oz !! Thank You Mike !!

I would most definitely do business with Land of Oz Arcades again! Always replied to emails very quickly. Patient with all my questions and requests for information. Delivery was more than I could have asked for. VERY professional. Excellent service. Very understanding and workable with delivery delays. It is so very rare anymore to do business with a company that is so professional and personal. If you do business with them, I am confident they will do all in their power to give you a satisfactory experience, at the very least.

This was by far one of the best experiences ordering 2 arcade machines from Land of Oz. Mike was extremely helpful and informative from start to finish. The process from ordering to delivery couldn't have been any easier. The quality and craftsmanship of the Mortal Kombat and Pac Man cocktail both exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Land of Oz.

Felt like I got personal VIP treatment from Land of Oz when ordering my Ms. Pacman arcade. Mike was very helpful and even took my order at 9pm. Machine arrived on time and very well wrapped and protected. Even got a lot of help from my local Fastenal location when I picked it up because of the bad weather that day. Great experience from beginning to end.

We love our Ms. Pac-Man machine! The games are all great. Operating system runs smoothly. Graphics on the machine are amazing. And their customer service was excellent. I had many questions through the process and I would get answers very quickly that were informative and helpful. I couldn't recommend them more!!!

This last Christmas I wanted to do something special for my fiancé and only thing I could think of was how much she enjoyed playing the arcade game Ms PAC-Man at the arcade when she was a kid. I knew I could never afford something like that but I was looking around on the internet and came across Land of Oz Arcades and looked on their website and I like how easy it was to find things I was looking for. I came across the full size arcade game Ms PAC-Man and the price was right up my alley. I talked to Mike Rankins who helped me out making my and my fiancée dream come true. Mike walked me through the easy Peezy process of ordering my own full size arcade game. In couple short weeks it was ready to be picked up. Lucky for me the Land of Oz facility was only hour half away from my home. It was the most amazing gift to give my fiancée the whole family plays on it all the time. Thank you Land of Oz and thank you Mike Rankins for being a awesome guy and made the dream of owning my very own full size arcade come true.
