Ford recommends 5w20 and they put in 5w30. The service manager said it's not a problem. The research I made said my gas mileage will not be as good. I asked that they check my cabin air filter. They said it didn't need replaced. Took my car to another shop the next day and they replaced the dirty filter. Can't trust them.

Salesman was good. Financial guy, rip off! Canceling all extras that weren't necessary. You may want to explain add ons better and supply customer with all paperwork, not just the page 1 out of 9 or 5 or 10. You have lost a future customer!
