On going issue with screen. Camera doesnt work properly. Have gone in for issues with this since 1st oil change. Still not able to resolve. Was in for service again last week and they opened a case with engineer. Was told it would be a couple days. One week later…still waiting. Meanwhile reverse camera stays on for miles. Also blurry at times and black at others. Now radio stays on when i turn off vehicle and get out. Will stay on until i start engine and shut off again. Called GM several times regarding issue and now I’m getting the run around! Only 17,000 miles on car. It’s been in the shop for well over month total! At least 10 times! Would jot recommend this vehicle

Phone conversation put me at ease when I needed to rent a car. When I picked up and returned rental Daleyn was very polite in explaining company policies and asking if I had any questions.

Had an appointment scheduled on Friday the 24th of August at 2pm to diagnose my Silverado. Nothing was done to it they called me at 5pm saying it would take more than 4 days just to look at it. Terrible dealership. They even scratched my truck, I never gave them permission to take it through a car wash..

Paid 200 for an oil change and alignment. Took 2.5 hours and the alignment is worse than before. Will not be returning.

MC has been helping me find quality vehicles for 25+ years. I moved to Des Moines area, but still drive back to Muscatine when I need a vehicle as there is no one I trust more than MC.
He always goes above and beyond to find a safe, quality, reasonable vehicle for me no matter what my stage in life. Today, I went from my traveling hippie van to a safe (yet sporty) Grandma- mobile as I have just joined the grandparent club and will be helping occasionally with child care. ❤️ No matter what I am looking for, MC magically finds it. You can never retire, MC. Thank you for your dedicated and caring help every time I need a vehicle.

Gavin Lipplegoes was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Took his time with us and wasn't pushy. Everyone else that I encountered at Ed Morse was very nice and helpful. I will defiantly stick with Gavin for my next vehicle!
