I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the service department as I was getting a message on the screen stating that the phone needed service. Initially the tech thought it just needed a firmware upgrade, but in trying to upgrade the radio the radio was bricked. They ordered a new radio and installed it for me without charge. I couldn't be happier, you don't see this kind of service much anymore.

Cody did a good job contacting the tire company to reduce my cost. I do have concerns about the Ram price match guarantee. I showed 2 examples of lower prices but the dealership wouldn’t honor those prices. So I believe the price match guarantee should say we might do a price match. Or, remove it from the paperwork all together. Also, while I was on hold on the phone, much as the recording talked about the price match guarantee.

I bought a vehicle here two years ago when it was Krieger, was assured when it was bought out that everything I paid for would be honored and I would be taken care of. Needed to use a warranty that I bought and call them to ask for help navigating, they had trashed all records of the warranties I had bought from them. Thankfully, I was able to get some help over at McGrath in Cedar Rapids unfucking their mess. Avoid this place like the plague.

Had undercoating and rustproofing done in one day. Got a ride home the night before and a pickup the next day, so no need for a loaner/rental.
