I'll just say the business is very disorganized I was quoted a price and when I got there the work wasn't co.pleted and when they discovered there mistake the bill was going to be atleast 200 extra .so done, out the door price doesn't mean another. Plus if I wanted the work done they couldn't get me in till just shy of 2 weeks.Services: Transmission

We took our daughter car down to have the car aligned but found out that that wasn't the problem at all. They didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. They also repaired her tire that had a nail in it. We also recently had to take our van in because I had a screw in the tire. They were able to repair it quickly and the cost was low. Great service from the mechanics and the customer service by the ladies in the front are top notch.

Great service! Had a very low tire come up and was closest to them. They filled it up and told me it looked like a slow leak due to tread wear issues. Since it's AWD I would need all new tires so they gave me a quote, told me I had time to get other quotes and to let them know. I shopped around and they had they best price so went with them. Quick service and great outcome. Definitely recommend!

Needed a quick oil change before going out of town unexpectedly. Got me in right away and set up another vehicle for an oil change and new wipers. Priced right, courteous and explained why I need new tires in 9-10 months. Not pushy just explaining safety. Like the new owners and willingness to keep a business going in Muscatine.
