When I traveled to Muscatine to go to my daughter's soccer game, I had to stop for gas on the way, so I stopped at the West Side Store gas station. The man working was nice and friendly. I bought some coffee and my fiancé got a cappuccino. I went to use their restroom and one bathroom was out of order and so I used their other bathroom which was kind of dirty inside and looked like it needed a little tlc. I did, however, like the location and convenience of this small convenience store and gas station and that they had a good variety of both food and drink options available for sale.

The lady at the checkout was so friendly, really enjoyed talking to her. They also have all kinds of tasty baked goods at very reasonable prices. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stop back in!

I lived in Muscatine for many years and Westside store has always been great I worked for the high school and they do contributions to the high school when you buy gas and they're just in good people work

Went here to get something quick and got just that. Although always make sure to check your dates because sometime their product goes out of date. Yes pops have dates... your common Pepsi and Coca Cola will have dates either on the cap or the neck for bottles. For cans check the bottom... always be aware. Cashier was kinda rude telling me that walking from the highschool to the gas station wasn't very far with a heavy backpack but hey, what do I know? â€â™‚ï¸

If I could leave a negative 5 star I would. I'll never go to this place for gas again. On my way back to IL i stop by here to get gas about 15miles out of Iowa my car slows down and shuts off! I was so confused what was going on. A guy stopped and who also was a mechanic took a look at my car and said that the gasoline was watered down that's why my car shut down and stopped running. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!
