We rent from them and we were 2 days late paying so they double locked it, which is fine but they then told us "it could be 72 hours before they unlock it for us or we can pay an extra $20 for them to make a special trip in to unlock it."Well we already paid $89 monthly fee plus an extra $25 late fee. I find this rude and disrespectful. I feel it would be better to unlock it within that first 24 hours of receiving the payment. Especially when were trying to move stuff and need to umload some belongings.

Shady place,management is not good! Be careful not to fall behind because you will likely get you unit solid. That's my opinion and it has happened to me and several of my friends. I think the owner must pray you miss a payment. When he bought this business from Clark the new owner TRIED to charge me late fees for times I had been late for the old owner to which didn't pertain to him and further more if I had late fees,"WHY DID I NOT HAVE A RED LOCK ON MY DOOR??? Well I lost some precious things (sentimental) there and this guy won't even blink. To me he seems heartless and uncaring. I would beware of this place,don't say you weren't warned.😳😠😡
