One part was on back order and took some time to get, but no fault of ABRA. When we got the car back the body shop cleaned the inside and washed it!!! “My SUV was hit in our parking lot.
I called the person's insurance, told them that I'd like to take my SUV to Holmes. They agreed and sent me to get an estimate.
Holmes set up a date and time for me to bring my SUV in for the repairs, told me approximately how long the repairs would take, and gave me the name/phone number of Enterprise Car Rental in town.
The repairs were done in the time limit that they had given, and my SUV looks GREAT!
I would not hesitate to go back to Holmes if I needed additional body work on my car, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.”

The candy selection was vast, everything seemed well stocked, they were sampling products (shows good customer appreciation). You could tell the employees are under some good supervision. “Auto parts store people get a bad rap, for good reason but this place is much better than the common auto parts store and puts AutoZone to shame. Prices are pretty steep but if you need a part right away they will usually have it or be able to get it for you. They also employ people that actually have some experiences vehicles and can give you a little bit of advice or guidance You noticed a lot of auto parts store employees or just hired because they're able to ask you what size engine you have for your need of windshield wipers.”
“Ordered a couple wipers from Advance Auto but had to pick up from CARQUEST. Glad I did. Probably one of the top auto stores I have ever been in. They have everything you may need for general vehicle maintenance and everything is very well organized. Friendly and courteous staff at the desk.”
