Ordered a pizza on a slow night and it said it would take 70 minutes to be done. That time seemed ridiculously long for a single pizza, but we waited. Then, when we checked inside at the 70 minute mark, the pizza was still not done while the store was clearly practically empty. Again, we waited for roughly 20 more minutes, making me believe they didn’t start our order until close to the 70 minute mark. Frankly, it was pretty aggravating to have to wait that long for such a small order on such a slow night, especially since we picked it up instead of ordering delivery

Casey’s is definitely one of the best gas stations in Iowa. This one is a little bit older but it’s got all the updated stuff all the other ones half employees were friendly. They always have plenty of options for a quick bite to eat.

Good food and service. Mini chocolate chip cookies are always a hit. Place is severely understaffed so there can be an expected wait time on things. The boss there seems to just sit in his office while his employees work their asses off with a line to the bathrooms. I feel bad for anyone who has to work at Casey's. Especially hard working people with an honest work ethic. Their way of scheduling the place is clearly mixed up since there's never a manager at the store at night, when most of the worst interactions and complaints happen.

I love Casey's and the convenience of the gas station. I love there popcorn chicken.But I don't like the fact that I have to pay for dipping sauces

I watched a well know lady in town that works there as a manager steal money from the cash drawer. When I confronted her about it she said she wasn’t doing anything and basically calling me a liar. I went straight to the other manager and told him what was going on. I came in a few days later. She was still there, still in a management position and running cash drawers on her own. That’s terrible. I’ve been in a few more times since and she’s still there in the drawers. As customers we are able to have the option of asking for cash back. Pretty easy for an employee to get away with this kind of thing. I’ve asked for the DM to get ahold of me and haven’t heard anything either. With our town being so small we don’t have a lot of options. I don’t ask for cash back anymore and get a receipt every time. She could just be running refunds through and taking the cash that way too. Shame on the way this was handled.

Actually love working here. Love being able to joke around with boss and employees, and still be able to get all our work done. We are act like one big family here, and I feel like that's how we all should be. For those that don't care for us..... there are 2,000+ other Casey's stores in the USA to go to. Pick one you like.

This place has gone downhill. Some days the front cashiers have the overly “nice” tone but you know it’s them actually being rude. When you let them know they are being rude there is always an excuse or the older lady says “have a NICE WONDERFUL DAY! It’s terrible. The new lady they hired feels it’s more important to have conversations with her other employees than paying attention to the customers. 2 times I’ve been in and once for my daughter, all the same. Makes us stand there and wait. They never ask if you need a receipt and make you feel rushed. I know there’s many around that agree, it’s just sad we can’t post more about the businesses around here because everyone is afraid of backlash. This has got to change!
