Thank you Caroline!! The customer service you provided for us this week was above and beyond! We have a great friend in Mt. Vernon that was celebrating a birthday and I looked up a local florist to contact. I was able to get in touch with Caroline as soon as I called. She was very responsive and so friendly over the phone, making sure to get the most beautiful fresh flowers for a group of friends to send for a birthday gift. We are so grateful for her help in making our dear friend's special day even more special! Thank you again :)

Great pricing and wonderful experience. She responded quickly to my request for a last minute arrangement and it turned out perfect! It's a big brick house on the corner, pull into the driveway around back to the white building (as of April 2023)

First: SHE does WAY more than wedding flowers! I wanted a birthday bouquet for a special woman....I called, and she jumped at the opportunity to help me! If I could give Caroline a 10 star review I would! And I do not give 5 stars lightly! From the time she answered the phone with her "I can help you, customer service attitude" to the picture she texted me of the bouquet ready to be delivered, I was in "AWE" I am a very hard customer to please, but she pushed all the buttons! Please do yourself, and the person you want to send flowers to, a favor...Call Caroline. Her bouquets are beautiful! Her prices are VERY reasonable! Wish I had more people in Iowa to send flowers to!!!

My best friend‘s father passed away in Iowa and the flowers available through the funeral home were so generic and so so expensive, so I started searching and found Caroline‘s shop. She really took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted, executed it perfectly, and came in at half of the cost available through the funeral home. Could not recommend more! Thank you so very much Caroline!

Caroline did the florals for my wedding on 7/10/21 at the Palmer House Stable in Solon. Caroline is THE most lovely person to work with from start to finish. We had a blast going through pictures of what I liked/didn’t like. Caroline worked within my budget and exceeded all expectations. She is a joy. It was forecasted to rain on my wedding day, so Caroline taught my friends how to move the archway ceremony flowers inside or outside without any fuss. She brought my “happy” flower vision to life! Thank you, Caroline! I’ll recommend you over and over again.
