“I'm usually one of the most critical people you could ever meet. Nothing satisfies me and I constantly complain about almost everything. That said, this particular location is my oasis in a desert of increasingly poor customer service, its my favorite shop of any kind, not just tires. I travel extensively, and whenever possible I plan my automotive needs to coincide with the times I'm in S.E. Iowa to have This particular shop do the work. Everybody is delightfully respectful, easy to work with, honest and professional. I have never had any issues with the quality of craftsmanship they provide. This is the 1 shop that deserves the Goodyer name and hopefully they will never get closed down. Thank you.”

“Rod always does his very best to make sure you leave satisfied with the service he provides.
We just bought a new vehicle, but because of a previous bad experience with the company we bought it from, I wanted him to check everything out.
He came back awhile later and said it looks to be in good shape. I asked how much I owed him and he wouldn't charge me for it!
We have him do any work needed on our vehicles. We don't trust anyone else.”
“Not a local, but was travelling through Mount pleasant when my truck started having issues. Luckily it was a more minor fix with a component on the engine, but the fit me in when they were booked a week out so I could get back on the road and not be stranded here in town. Would highly recommend this shop.”
