I switched my cellphone plan to T-Mobile. I received a final bill for $5.40. I tried paying online, ee could not help me make the payment. He told me to mail in the payment. My payment was returned to me unopened. Should not be that hard to make a payment. I finally received another bill and was able to make the payment online.

Rylee is so nice and helped me get my phone bill paid. I have never done it at a store before. He was very kind and patient and had a great attitude. Will definitely be coming back to This store.

0/5 Stars. Lady with the short blonde hair is easily the rudest employee ive ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Been into the Mt. Pleasant location twice to upgrade my phone and have got nothing but attitude for no apparent reason both times. She exclaimed that there was an hour wait today. Without saying anything i went to leave but as im walkin out the door she says “There is a location in burlington and iowa city if that is going to be a problem!”, in the snarliest attitude ive heard from an adult’s mouth. Not sure if this is how Verizon wants their brand being represented by an employee.

Bought a new phone and watch Samsung. At same time. Great sales team and sales woman. They worked together for me. Offered great help. Options and service. Russell cellular is hard to beat.
