I am tired of trying to find out who has my mail. Thursday it went someone a block and a half away. This is unacceptable

Just so you know they won’t deliver mail up 2 tiny steps because it’s not close enough to the road. Then not proceed to tell you they aren’t going to deliver your mail, so bills don’t get paid and mail just sits at the office.

Sent many packages thro USPS, and never had any issue personally. Always been friendly and helpful for me! Also have had my home mail accidentally delivered to house block over, and they was more than willing to track and locate the package for me!
