Have had my entire home inside one of these units for the past year while we built our new home. Yesterday removed everything finding everything covered in mold. Boxed photos stick to each other and some are ruined. We lined the floor with pallets to keep everything off the floor but it did us no good. Going in now to see if the roof leaks or see why there is no drainageFound the unit had been damaged from the outside. The damage was not there when we put our things in storage. Owner responded and we have settled the situation favorably. I would do business with this business again.

They claim to have cameras installed and staff on site "24/7" but they somehow failed to realize that their cameras were unplugged for over a month, and several of their units were broken into. We're talking multiple units, a lot of time, most likely multiple truck loads of stuff. The "staff on site" didn't catch any of this. Must have been sleeping on the job. All of my mother's worldly possessions were ransacked. Boxes ripped and torn open, furniture crawled on, many items

Never had any problems with the unit I rented. Owner seemed fair and agreeable.
