Dr. Van De Berg has taken loving care of all of our animals for over 15 years. His Heart is always with ours thru happy and sad times in all our pets lives. He understands our little ones are the most important members of our family. He preformed a very complicated surgery to allow our shihtzu Millie to be able to breathe. We feel blessed and grateful to have Dr Van de Berg and Northeast Animal Hospital in our pets lives. Doc also counsels us , in a nice way, that our cat and shihtzus are over fed, (fat) and will educate us, give us suggestions on how we can take better care of them and how to be better pet parents. He always has time to educate us on how we can better take care of our babies. We consider Doc and all his excellent and caring staff to be an extension of our family. Millie, Elsie and cat Tally all consider themselves to be blessed he is their veterinarian for life.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. The Dr, though.... he told me told hold my dog's head then jabbed a needle into her really hard. She jumped and I almost dropped her. No vet has ever done a shot like that and hurt my dogs.
