I hate this place delivery check in with phone call appointment at 4 pm. They won’t let you break the seal got wait till 2 hours they come out break the seal hope never come this place again that’s ridiculous

Only good thing is truck parking u will be here for a while one of the worst places I've been to no communication with driver no respect for driver time horrible experience u check in I had to call them to remind them of my appointment .

Arrived @ 3 hrs early & got into a door after about 45 minutes. Took a long time to load but I wasn't going anywhere, anyway, so I didn't care. Check in via the phone number in the pics here. They will want your MC number & your drivers license number, even for deliveries. Don't back all the way up if you're loaded. They'll come out, break your seal, chock your wheel, disconnect your trailer air & put a lock on it, then collect your bills, if you're delivering. When empty or loaded, they bring your bills to you & seal you up, if applicable. No scale on sight. On site parking spaces are not abundant. They are the same few that drivers wait in to get called to a door. There's a truck stop on the corner. You'll see it when you turn onto E. Commerce.

Unloading after 3 more hours and waiting for the paperwork more than 2 hours ?

Arrived and hour early for 1230 appointment. Loaded bills ready by 1415. Not bad . Call number to check in, overnight parking available around the back on facility no restrooms only porta-john.

I was a little worried after reading all the bad comments but I showed up 2 hrs or more early got a door immediately unloaded in little over an hour no complaints here I guess it’s a hit & a miss and today was my day

Park in the back and call to check in. They are a busy with 8 doors overnight parking is ok. Scale at Pilot 1 mile away. No street parking.

Great staff work here. They got me in a dock and loaded before my clock ran out. So appreciate their friendliness and professionalism. GREAT job!!!!

I am pretty consistently at this location as a truck driver. They are very friendly and very understanding. Do not arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will wait all day, and you may have a late fee depending what load you were supposed to pull out.
In the back, you are allowed to park your truck overnight and while waiting. If they are full, the Flying J nearby is very accommodating and usually has prime reservations available.
To check in, call the number above the door on the far right of the docks (while facing towards them), do not try to find the shipping office. Space is too tight for you to look for it while others are trying to get into the dock.

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. I arrive at 2:45 pm for a 4 pm appointment. Checked in then parked. At 3:55 pm I called and ask if I would be getting a door soon and was told we will call you back in a few. I waited till 7:20 pm for the door ??????

Easy in and out call to check in they assign you a door when finished loading they bring you paperwork to you friendly staff
