Competitive prices on groceries (in a town without many options). Decent breakfast, though not as good as in the past. Their Fuel Saver rewards program has saved us hundreds of dollars on gas at their filling station, just by shopping there.

Used to be great, employee owned? I doubt that is valid anymore, way overpriced, Hy-Vee brand deli / Hot items are ridiculously high priced, it's shameful how much it's changed.
