This was my first time at the pharmacy as we are new to town. I have previously used HyVee in our old town. When I called, the staff were very rude. However, they agreed to fill my rx. How nice, as that is what I am paying for. I gave plenty of time and went to pick up at the drive thru line. I waited, pressed the button, they saw me and still after 10 mins did not walk over to the window and refused to acknowledge me. With a torn calf muscle, I then parked, walked inside, where they had 3 people on staff and no one in line.I won't go back here, they have lost a potential new entire family of customers. Sad to see customer service in rural Iowa at it's lowest with no regard for the sick or injured patients they serve. I also probably won't shop at the grocery store as much since they do have an Aldi's in town and the reason I would got to the grocery store is the convenience of having both the pharmacy and the store in the same stop.

I need a certain pain patch. I tried for 2 weeks to get this. They told me they were not able to get them from their suppliers, I ask them to try another supply company and ,they told me they were only allowed to order from 2 companies. Neither company had my patches. Needless to say I was not only going through a lot of pain I was also going through withdrawals. I tried a independent pharmacy in town and they had them in stock. This pharmacy because it is independently 0wned they can order from any distributor they want to so anything you need they can get with no trouble. I wish I had known this years earlier I could have saved myself a lot of problems. That wasn't the first thing I had a problem getting.

They received my prescription an hour before they said they received it then proceeded to tell me it was going to take them another 45 minutes to fill my prescription. I'm a HyVee employee but I use Walmart pharmacy because it's far superior service. Not to mention a much friendlier service.

We are super happy with the Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Mt. Pleasant! They always have our prescriptions ready for my husband and myself, text us ahead of time as a reminder to pick them up and the staff are super friendly. Any time I call to ask a question I get to speak to very knowledgeable pharmacists! I appreciate my small town pharmacy!

They change to generic, or 2 pills instead of a combined drug without consent.

Danielle the pharmacist is amazing. She ran the pharmacy with only one other worker there today and they killed it. And she had a smile on her face the whole time. Wonderful, wonderful staff 12/10 stars!!!

Very friendly, helpful pharmacy employees. They take the time to know there customers. I don’t even have to say my name and they know who I am. When I am in line with people in front of me, I see that I am not the only customer they care about as they know others names as well before they say there name. Thanks to all HyVee Pharmacy, Mount Pleasant, Iowa employees; your help and customer service qualities are the reason I love have my prescriptions filled with you all and the reason I give you a 5 star rating…you’re the best.

Staff VERY rude. Refused to provide a service to a client because they “were too far away” (a neighboring town with no options) another company in Burlington were so nice-they even offered to deliver-with a smile!I’ll be switching my personal prescriptions elsewhere as well.Professionalism, courtesy and COMPASSION, especially for our elderly community, goes a long way.

Yes I do ....But they need to sanitize like their suppose to before we put our groceries down to pay!! The sign says they do But they don’t!!!! When I say something they say Oh It’s Ok???
