Drove up from Kansas City to buy an RV. Experience was great, where handshakes and honesty means something. Very laid back. I plan to buy a truck in the next year or two and will be checking with Sam first. Its worth the drive.

We drove from Kansas City to buy a 2015 Itasca RV from Sam's. Great experience, very laid back, easy to work with - went above and beyond. My husband will be looking for a new truck in the next year or so and he's going back to Sam first. It was worth the drive! Highly recommended!

Went to Sam's Auto to look at a truck that was just traded in a few days before found a problem with the truck when I took it for a test drive I told Sam about it he found the problem and fixed it right away for me then also took care of charging the battery and have the truck ready for me to pick up later that day I picked up the truck was driving at home and the battery went dead the battery and alternator we're both bad told Sam about it the next day and he also helped me take care of that problem they were also willing to make some deals on cars so they were in my price range ms. Steele greeted me as soon as I came through the door and was real friendly willing to help me out customer service was outstanding and I will definitely go back here to get my next car truck runs great looks great and has no more problems thank you Sam's Auto for my new truck

I just bought a 2010 duramax from here. They were great to work with even with this covid stuff. They were patient as I worked with the bank even though I had to sit and do everything by email! I will definitely be going to them again in the future. And I highly recommend that other people buy from them.

First time i experience a dealership that is a hassle free. Me and my wife didn't fill pressured at all to purchase a vehicle today or any gimmicks that most dealers use. We end up purchasing a 2009 Chevy 1500 crew cab pick-up from them. We was looking for a truck to pull a trailer to move our daughter to Utah. We was a little skeptical about buying a higher mileage vehicle and drive it long ways, but the trip to Utah proved us wrong. Truck runs great and we are very happy with our purchase. We would highly recommend them. We will be back to see you for our next purchase.
