It's so quick & easy to ship there. I mainly use them to return items which already have mailing labels. There's a drop off box outside.

I paid a lot in shipping and even paid for extra insurance that my package arrive. However, for four days now the tracking number tells me it's departed from Chicago facility and arrived at the Chicago facility each day. And my arrival date keeps getting pushed back further and further. I can't contact an actual person just a virtual assistant who keeps telling me rest assured, and that my package will arrive on it's estimated delivery date. Well, if you keep bumping the estimated arrival date back, am I supposed to keep waiting? At what point do I get to say enough is enough?

Nice staff. Shipping prices are way too high. Also problem with packages arriving with box torn, holes and smashed. You have to package real good for the abuse they get. Covid or not respect someone's stuff !

I’m missing a package of $3700 worth of items for my business, and have an open claim since 4/19/2021 and they can’t seem to contact my driver who is employed by FedEx, as it was shipped FedEx express. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I am filing a police report for stolen goods, as they claim it was delivered “left at garage” when the address on the package doesn’t have a garage, plus I had someone at the location all day, waiting for it to show up! Absolutely ridiculous FedEx! Your customer service is a disgrace.
