5 stars all the way around. They say sales sells the vehicle and service retains the customer and this couldn't be more true. Service department has gone above and beyond every time, both in service provided along with communication. Brian in sales, Scott on delivery and everyone in between. Sales experience was great however I had an issue on the loader in early May and I’ve been calling and asking them to fix it ever since and it is now October and I’ve been calling them every few weeks and they give me excuses or say they will get to it and don’t call back ( I bought a Kubota b2601 and tons of attachments from them)

I have had on going issuses with a BX2660 steering and rear axle seal. I took it to the shop and a few years ago and told them to fix it. They sent it home unrepaired.Josh said today there was a repair as needed Service Bulletin on the steering, a known issue. Nothing was said earlier when I notified them.Called earlier in the week to purchase a rear axle seal. Left a voice mail with the service manager. My call was not returned. Josh said in this day and age that is as good as you can expect.My intentions are to get the machine in good condition and trade it off for a new bigger tractor. Morning Sun Implement was little help. I told Josh I wasn't satisfied with Kubota and his dealership. He was OK with that

I bought a new Kubota 23 hours tractor with a loader several weeks ago.I have now 7 hours on it and I checked the fluid in the front axle and it is completely empty.Second issue, when I let off the forward or reverse it keeps moving until I push the other pedal or brake to stop. Meaning I could drive around my yard with no foot on any pedal, I was told that was normal.Third issue the left front wheel is not straight with the other wheel.I asked Dean the sales rep to replace the tractor because I have 3 issues and only 7 hours on it. He said no, that putting oil in the axle it should be ok or I could bring it down. I said it is 1.5 hours away you need to bring me a tractor and take this one. I didn't get anywhere.I will let you know how this turns out with future reviews.Jack

Josh the Kubota salesman is an ornery little guy but he is really nice. He is also honest and straight forward. If you ever need Massey or Kubota parts just call. They have two parts dudes that can find anything and get it to you fast!!

Purchased a used Great Plains drill from Josh.He told me everything about it when I got there to pick it up it was just like he said it was.Shop helped load it on my trailer very good crew there.Would highly recommend them.
