Been calling for a week, always says theybare booked. Won't let me schedule an appointment ahead of time due to not knowing who I am nor because I've never been in the salon. Very rude over the phone and got snappy at the end. Not going now due to being terrified she would destroy my hair. Didn't catch the gal name but I hope all are not like this
