Casey’s needs to be more strict on their cell phone policy. You have literal teenagers who sit at the register or in the kitchen that look like they couldn’t pass a drug test all while on their phone. You could train them to get peoples orders correct and how to make peoples food right

If I could give a lower review I would who wants to go to a caseys at 11 am and the only food in the warmer be breakfast pizza not to mention every time you order a pizza its a toss up if the pizza is made with the correct toppings or on time its sad your online app gives you like 30 mins to pick it up and it still not be ready, I got to the point where I started ordering it for an hr would show up and still not done on time... ive give this place far too many chances and id say today was the last one at this location id rather drive to postville or mcgregor... they actually have food ready not to mention this stores basically brand new and is disgusting

In all my years of traveling in Iowa I have stopped at many Casey's and the one in Monona, Ia. is the best one I have ever been in. They have the best food selection, better than any other Casey's. The staff is exceptional, polite, helpful and friendly. It is also one of the cleanest. Bathroom was very clean and did not have any bad odors. So hey people if you are within 10 to 20 miles of Monona, Ia. Stop in and take advantage of a really great Casey's4 thumbs up on this one.

Pizza keeps getting worse after each order. Was told someone would call me the next day to work this out. Never got a call. We'll be taking our business else where.
